Cerco famiglia Celotto e Menegaldo San Biagio di Callalta

I am looking for help in tracing my grandparents and great grandparents going back as far as I can. My father was Gesulfo (Lello) Celotto . He was born in San Biagio di Callalta on 4 Dec 1908. His father was Pietro Celotto and mother was ? Eugenia/Ugenia Menegaldo ( I am not sure of the spelling of her name) Her name might have been Geneva Menegaldo - I am not sure. Lello's brother and sisters were Erminia, Amelia, Noemi, Ada and Pietro (junior) Can anyone tell me who I can contact to get a copy of community records of births, deaths and matrimonies. I would like to make a family tree and need these dates. I would also like to know the names of my bisnonni great grandparents, great great grandparents etc...
If anyone can help me with some contact names of people or organisations or addresses that would be great.
